Product description

A ¾" clear braided PVC hose kit designed for dispensing AdBlue / DEF from standard IBC containers. The kit is supplied with a 19 mm trigger nozzle, making it suitable for AdBlue applications where a smaller outlet nozzle is required for controlled filling.

The trigger nozzle has a glass-filled Nylon PA6 body, Viton seal and 316 stainless steel spring. The clear braided PVC hose is secured with stainless steel hose clips.

The IBC end is fitted with an S60X6 female IBC coupler / swivel nut with hose tail, complete with a PP-based elastomer seal for a secure connection to common IBC outlet valves.

Designed for clean, controlled transfer of AdBlue / DEF and other compatible liquids from IBC containers.

IBC compatibility

Fits standard S60X6 male IBC outlets, including SCHÜTZ S60X6 outlets. Suitable for selected WERIT, MAUSER, Mamor and Sotralentz tanks when fitted with a matching S60X6 male outlet and suitable sealing face.

Check the actual outlet before ordering, as connections vary between models and replacement valves.

IBC installation and operating limits

Check the outlet thread and sealing face, seat the IBC gasket correctly, and hand-tighten the S60X6 swivel nut. Use a suitable wrench or strap wrench on the nut for a further 30° minimum to 60° maximum. Support the hose and avoid overtightening.

Follow the IBC tank and valve manufacturer’s operating limits. The hose-kit specifications do not authorise pressurising an IBC. Release pressure before disconnecting.
