This CPP® Type B (Part B) coupling connects a matching ¾″ male Camlock adaptor to equipment or pipework with a suitable ½″ female threaded connection. The male threaded end provides a fixed connection, while the Camlock end allows quick connection and disconnection.
Manufactured from glass-filled polypropylene, the coupling includes 304 stainless steel cam arms, rings and pins, together with a polypropylene-based elastomer sealing gasket. Closing both cam arms secures the mating adaptor against the gasket.

Pressure ratings — water service
| Temperature | Pressure rating |
|---|---|
| −10°C | 5 bar (approximately 73 psi) |
| 20°C | 6.5 bar (approximately 94 psi) |
| 65°C | 3 bar (approximately 44 psi) |

Installation and use
Check the mating thread and use a thread-sealing method suitable for polypropylene and the application. Avoid overtightening the plastic thread. Check compatibility of the body, gasket and connected components with the liquid and operating temperature. Support attached hoses and pipework to avoid strain on the coupling, and release system pressure before disconnecting.
