Fits S100X8

Connect your S100X8 IBC outlet—commonly described as 3″ buttress or DN80—to hoses, pipework and dispensing equipment with CPP® adaptors.

Choose from male Camlock connections, BSPP and NPS threaded fittings, hose tails, S60X6 converters, garden hose connections and dust caps. Swivel adaptors feature an independently turning female nut, helping you install the fitting without rotating the attached hose or pipework. An extended-length Camlock adaptor is also available.

IBC compatibility: suitable for SCHÜTZ, WERIT, Greif, MAUSER (Mamor), Fustiplast and Sotralentz tanks when fitted with a matching S100X8 male outlet and compatible sealing face. Check the actual connection, particularly on reconditioned tanks where the valve may have been replaced.

Identifying S100X8: the male outlet thread has a nominal 100mm outside diameter and 8mm pitch. The 3″/DN80 designation refers to the nominal valve size; the manufacturer’s name or DN80 marking alone does not confirm the thread.

Adaptor bodies are glass-filled polypropylene, with polypropylene-based olefin elastomer IBC seals. The dust cap is polypropylene. Individual product pages provide the connection and material details.

Adaptor working pressure: 1 bar (approximately 15 psi) at 20°C. Pressure tested to 60 psi (approximately 4.1 bar). These ratings apply to the adaptors, including swivel versions. Follow the limits of your IBC tank, valve and connected equipment.
